Currently seeking a professional and experienced HR Manager who will operate in a stand-alone capacity covering the full generalist remit of HR. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company and will have senior level involvement within the management committee. This HR Manager?s role will include resource planning and recruitment; training; being the first point of contact for all employee related issues.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Providing key business inputs and advising business from an HR perspective.
Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters when required.
Maintain and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of all employees.
Ensure that managers and staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
Be responsible for the organisations recruitment process
Manage the performance management processes
Follow up individual development needs and source external training provision, monitoring training costs against budget.
Manage the salary review process including the HMO?s and Pension Plan
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile:
A Good Bachelor Degree in Human Resources; Social science; or Related discipline
Minimum of five (5) years experience in Human Resources
Good execution skills with clear understanding of priorities
Self-starter; proactive and works with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently without engaging top management needlessly
High ability to multi-task
High attention to detail
Team player who respects colleagues and maintains healthy professional relations.
High level of integrity and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
