Our client is the sole distributors of Apple in Sub- Saharan Africa and currently seeks to employ a Financial Controller/ Admin Manager for the newly opened iStore.
Job Purpose:
Overall responsibility for all administration duties within the iStore including control of stock, cash and assets to minimise risk. Custodian of all iStorepolicies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPʼs).
Responsibilities:
     Stock management

  •   Stock loss percentage as per KPA
  •   Correct stock levels maintained
  •  Stock levels and aging as per SOP and iStore
    Financial Management
  • Budget preparation
  •  Asset registrar reported monthly
    Human Resources
  •  Ensure attendance registers are completed accurately
  •  Ensure appraisals and tracking documents are in place
    Operations management
  •  iStore audits and checks
  •  Accurate and timeous reports
  • Adherence to all policies and procedures
     Essential
  •   Financial Qualification Degree
  •   Minimum two years managerial experience
  •   Minimum three years financial controller experience

Technical Requirement;
         Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, email and internet
